Titus Andronicus - A More Perfect Union

Yes, that is also the name of a Shakespearean Tragedy.  And yes, that is a reference to the Preamble to the Constitution.  In fact, Titus Andronicus’ Monitor (which incidentally is the first ironclad warship) is mostly about the Civil War, rife with both historical and modern allusions.  This track is book-ended by parts of an early speech by Abraham Lincoln.  There is also mention of the Fung-Wah bus and the Merritt Parkway.  And of course, lots of loud, punk-inspired prog/indie noise.  Quite an amalgamation of generation Y antipathy and social awareness.  Sorry for the big words, TA inspired me.
